JCJC Invites High School Seniors to “Preview Days”

ELLISVILLE - Jones County Junior College will be offering three days of fun activities for area high school seniors who want to discover the many opportunities for an excellent college education at JCJC during “Senior Preview Days.” 

A “College Information Fair” will be held in the Thoms P.E. Building after a tour of the campus and registration in the Fine Arts Auditorium.
Students will get a free lunch while being entertained by the nationally ranked Bobcat Cheerleaders, JC Jazz band, Jones OnStage and Touch of Gold dancers.
The following schools are asked to attend on the following days: Tuesday, October 1, 2013 – Enterprise, Quitman, Collins, Mt. Olive, Bay Springs, Heidelberg, Heidelberg Academy, Perry Central, Richton, Seminary, Sylva-Bay Academy, Wayne Academy, West Jones and South Jones High Schools. Registration begins at 9 a.m. in the Fine Arts Auditorium.
Wednesday, October 2, 2013 – Greene, Laurel, Laurel Christian, Stringer, Mize, Raleigh, Taylorsville, Wayne County, and Northeast Jones High Schools. Registration begins at 9 a.m. in the Fine Arts Auditorium.  
For the first time, JCJC will also be hosting a Senior Preview Day for Home-Schooled high school seniors on Wednesday, October 9, 2013. Registration begins at 9:30 a.m. in the Banquet Hall of the C.L. Neill Student Center. This event is geared for home-school students only and will be similar to the other JCJC Senior Preview Days.
