JCJC offers sports ticket packages for 2011-12

 ELLISVILLE – Jones County Junior College is offering two “Sports Ticket” packages for Bobcat fans for the 2011-12 school year.

Fans can purchase a “Couples Package” for $185. This will give them two adult tickets to all regular season home football games, including two adult ‘tailgating’ meals before each game. They will also receive two adult tickets to regular season home basketball, baseball, softball and soccer games, as well as membership in the Bobcat Club and JCJC Alumni Association.

Fans can purchase a “Family Package” for $295. This will give them two adult tickets to all regular season home football games, plus tickets for children 18 and under, as well as two adult and children’s “tailgating” meals before each home football game.  They will also receive two adult and children’s tickets to regular season home basketball, baseball, softball and soccer games, as well as membership in the Bobcat Club and JCJC Alumni Association (two adults).

There will be five home football games at Bobcat Stadium/Sim Cooley Field this season. The Bobcats host Mississippi Delta at 7 p.m. on Sept. 1 and Coahoma at 7 p.m. on Sept. 8. They host Co-Lin in the Hall of Fame game at 7:30 p.m. on Sept. 24, entertain East Central at 2 p.m. on Oct. 15 for Homecoming and host Southwest at 7 p.m. on Oct. 20.

Tailgating for football takes place in the area by the tennis courts next to the football stadium.
