JCJC is offering a welding night-class in Clarke County

ELLISVILLE – Jones County Junior College’s Workforce College is offering a 14-week welding night class at the Clarke County Center in Stonewall. This non-credit course will meet Monday and Tuesday evenings from 5 p.m. until 9 p.m., beginning Monday, August 28, 2017, through December 14, 2017. 
 
The welding class will cover welding safety, Oxyfuel cutting, base metal preparation, weld quality, SMAW (stick welding), equipment and setup, electrodes and selection, and bead and fillet welds. The welding night class costs $200.
