JCJC is offering intercession courses in May

ELLISVILLE –Jones County Junior College is offering five intercession courses beginning May 18, through May 29, 2015. These “face-to-face” classes are for students who are serious about working to complete a course during the holidays. The same assignments for the regular semester courses will be completed during this time frame. Cost for taking a course will be $60 per semester hour plus the cost of books and regular fees. The last day to register is May 15, in the Student Success Center. 
 
The classes will meet from 8 a.m. until 1 p.m. daily except for the last day, which will meet for a two-hour final exam. Meeting Dates are: May 18, through May 22, and May 25, through May 29. The classes will be counted as part of the total hours for the 2015 summer semester. If a student has financial aid available for the summer semester, payment can be applied for the summer semester for eligible students.
